1. Components License

1.1 Free Personal Use

1.2 Restrictions

• Attribution: No attribution is required for personal use.

• Commercial Use: Use in any commercial context is strictly prohibited without a paid license (when available).

1.3 Future Paid Licenses

• DesignKits reserves the right to introduce paid licenses for certain components in the future. Any changes will be communicated via the website, and existing free licenses will remain valid for personal use under their original terms.

2. Templates License

2.1 Single-Use License

• Templates are provided under a single-use license, allowing you to use each template for one project, whether personal or commercial.
• Single-use means the template can be used for one website or application (e.g., a personal site or a client project). Each additional project requires a separate license.
• You may modify the template to suit your project’s needs, but this does not extend the license to additional projects.

2.2 Restrictions

• Redistribution: You may not redistribute, share, or resell the templates in any form, whether modified or unmodified.

3. Future Updates

• Future updates to components and templates may be provided at DesignKits' sole discretion.
• If updates are made available, they will be free of charge to existing users, but DesignKits is not obligated to provide updates or enhancements.

4. Ownership and Copyright

• All Products are the intellectual property of DesignKits and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
• Downloading or using the Products does not transfer ownership. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by DesignKits.

5. Prohibited Actions

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Products.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• DesignKits does not guarantee that the Products will be error-free or meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, DesignKits shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Products.

8. Governing Law

• This Agreement is governed by the laws of India/Tamil Nadu, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Updates to This Agreement

• DesignKits may update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Products after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
